Delivery Information

Once you have placed your order, we will send you the kit for taking the print.  This will be sent by 1st class post and you should expect to receive it within 5-7 days.  

Included with the kit is a pre paid envelope for returning the prints to us.

Once we have received the prints back, it takes approximately 14 days to make the jewellery.  The finished jewellery item is posted by Royal Mail Tracked delivery and the tracking details will be emailed to you.

If you have ordered the memorial fingerprint kit to be posted by Special Delivery this will be posted on the day of the order (if ordered before 2pm) for guaranteed delivery the following day (expect Saturday and Sunday).

🎄Please note that the final order date for Christmas delivery is Wednesday 6th December 2023.  And prints must be returned no later than Monday 11th December to be able to guarantee delivery of the finished jewellery by Christmas.

Any orders placed after this date will not be completed until the new year when delivery dates will return to normal.
