Delivery Information

Once you have placed your order, we will send you the kit for taking the print.  This will be sent by 1st class post and you should expect to receive it within 5-7 days.  

Included with the kit is a pre paid envelope for returning the prints to us.

Once we have received the prints back, it takes approximately 21 days to make the jewellery.  The finished jewellery item is posted by Royal Mail Tracked delivery and the tracking details will be emailed to you.

If you have ordered the memorial fingerprint kit to be posted by Special Delivery this will be posted on the day of the order (if ordered before midday) for guaranteed delivery the following day (expect Saturday and Sunday).
